For your Final Project in this course, you will be completing a program evaluation proposal with a small group of classmates. Working with teams can be challenging, but it also can be beneficial, especially when it comes to sharing ideas and expanding your thinking on those ideas. Beginning in Week 2, you will work within a team to complete weekly assignments related to your team’s program evaluation proposal. Before you are assigned to your team, you will post your preferences (ranked) from a provided list of Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
In this Discussion, you reflect on your interests, your choices between the available projects, and how they might relate to real-world experiences.
Review all of the Program Evaluation Requests for Proposal (RFPs) in the Learning Resources. Consider your preferences for which projects you would prefer to work on this term.

List all of the available RFPs in the order of your preference for your team project (use RFP number to identify it). Place a “1” before your first choice, “2” before your second choice, etc.
Explain why you would prefer these choices. Describe any special “real world” experiences you may have had that are related to the particular kind of program/project. Is it a type of program/project you would like to be involved with in your actual work, now or in the future? Is the project compatible with your degree/program specialization?
By Day 6
Respond to at least one of your colleagues’ posts in which you identify and share some common interests or experiences, perhaps for working together on a team for the program evaluation proposal assignment.
Note: Teams will be assigned the beginning of Week 2. Information from the Week 1 Discussion forums will be used for these assignments, as possible.
