Step 2 – Define Goals (Does not need to be in paragraph form)
Using the steps defined in the course material, brainstorm with your team to consider what macro level goals will need to be met for this marketing strategy. (Note these are not business goals for the entire organization.) You should develop 8-10 goals and then narrow your focus to goals that would provide acceptable results to the leaders of your organization and create value for customers, the organization, and society. It is most effective to have between 3-5 final goals so that people across the organization can remember them and stay focused on achieving them.
